What's available from the Hub

Anyone who needs support to be more independent can attend Hub sessions, usually a day or half a day a week.

At The Hub there is a wide range of support for people including our experienced staff, they are well trained and have a lot of skills in supporting people to be independent and meet their personal goals. Many of them are disabled people themselves so know and understand the challenges and barriers you may face.

The Hub is a fully accessible building to meet everyone’s needs and offers a wide range of activities, equipment and resource’s.

There is an hourly charge for the service, however you may be able to access support from The Councils Social Care Services. We can give you more information about this or click here https://www.darlington.gov.uk/health-and-social-care/adult-social-care/)
